The company was founded in 1984.

People of a wide range of generations work at SHIMADA, both full-time and part-time. Even after retirement, employees can continue working through reemployment if they wish.

We have been hiring new graduates for nine years now and have never had a single person leave the company!

Overtime may be required during busy periods, but it is optional. There is also a no overtime day once a month!

To take paid leave, simply submit an application to your supervisor by the day before! You won't be asked for the reason, so you can take time off without hesitation. If you need to take a day off suddenly on the day, your paid leave will be approved if you apply on the next day you come to work.

In addition to weekends and public holidays, there are Golden Week, New Year's holidays, summer holidays, etc. You can take time off without hesitation even if your child or you are sick or have an emergency.

All full-time and part-time employees who have taken maternity leave or childcare leave have returned to work. Even after returning to work, we have created an environment that makes it easy to balance work and childcare through reduced working hours and job transfers.

Because the location is rich in nature, employees commute to work by car or motorcycle. There is a large parking lot, so employees can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons on their way to work.
