QHow long should I monitor the situation after installation?
Please observe the situation for 2-3 days. If no insects are caught after 2-3 days, please change the location of the trap.
QIs the adhesive toxic?
The adhesive does not contain any harmful substances.
QCan you tell me how to remove the adhesive?
The adhesive has the property of softening when exposed to edible oils such as salad oil or olive oil, or oils and fats such as mayonnaise. * Depending on the area where the adhesive is applied, it may leave stains. Please be aware of this before proceeding. If you have important clothing, please consult a dry cleaner.
For skin on hands, feet, etc.
Wipe off the adhesive using cooking oil to dissolve it, then rinse thoroughly with water and soap.
For pets such as dogs and cats
Apply cooking oil to the adhesive on your pet's fur and remove it by scooping it up with a comb, then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
*When drying the fur, do not use a hair dryer or other appliances when there is still adhesive left on the fur. The adhesive may become hot and dangerous.
● On the floor or desk
Remove the adhesive by entangling it with a stick-shaped object such as a disposable chopstick, or by tapping it lightly with adhesive tape. After that, sprinkle flour or potato starch on it and remove the powder that has formed into clumps.
● For rugs and carpets
Remove the adhesive using a chopstick or other rod-shaped object, then sprinkle flour or potato starch on it while peeling it off.
QWhat is the round ring on the sticky side?
This is a component (spacer) that prevents the adhesive from sticking together when the adhesive sheet is closed.
QWhere should I install it?
Place the traps around rat entrances and paths, and around areas with rat droppings or dirt (rat signs).
QAre there any locations where it cannot be installed?
The adhesive strength may decrease in extremely low or high temperatures beyond the range of 5°C to 40°C.
QIs there an expiration date for adhesive sheets?
In principle, there is no expiration date, but the adhesive strength will weaken if dust or dirt adheres to the sticky surface. Please judge the condition each time. If a mouse is caught, please dispose of it as soon as possible for hygienic reasons.
QPlease tell me how to store it
If unused, the adhesive may soften due to high temperatures depending on the storage location. Store in a cool, dark, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
QWhat to do after a mouse is caught?
Please dispose of captured rats as combustible waste as soon as possible, following your local government's disposal rules.
Repellents
QWhat is a repellent?
Repellents are products that repel target pests and vermin by using ingredients or smells that they dislike.
QAre the ingredients in repellents harmful?
Since it uses natural ingredients derived from plants, it does not contain any harmful ingredients and can be used safely even in environments with small children or pets.
However, in rare cases, some people may feel sick or have allergic reactions to the smell of the product. If you find the smell unpleasant or if it makes you feel sick, please discontinue use.
Rodenticide
QThe mice are not eating the rodenticide very well.
Mice are cautious animals, so they may not eat the poison immediately after placing it. In this case, do not move the poison and observe the situation for 2 to 3 days. Also, put away all food other than the poison, and create a situation where the rat has no choice but to eat the poison.
QWhere do rats die after eating rodenticide?
Basically, it is not known where a rat that has eaten rodenticide will die. If you find a dead rat, please dispose of it as soon as possible.

QWhen should I replace the adhesive sheet?
Basically, we recommend replacing it once a month, as the adhesive strength may be weakened by dust, etc. If the adhesive surface is full of trapped insects, replace it sooner.
QWhat is the effective range of the attraction lamp?
It is difficult to give a general answer because it depends on various factors such as the lighting in the room, natural light, wallpaper, etc. If you have any concerns, please contact our sales agent or our company.
QHow high should I install the insect trap? (For wall-mounted type)
Most flying insects find it easiest to fly at a height of 50 to 180 cm above the floor, so we recommend setting the lamp up so that light leaks out at that height.
QThe lamp doesn't light up.
There are several possible reasons why the lamp may not light up. First, please check the following:
1. Please make sure the power switch of the main unit is turned on. (※ luics P does not have a power switch.)
2. Please check that the lamp is facing the correct direction. The lamp is a one-sided power supply type, so if you install the lamp facing the wrong way, it will not light up.
3. Make sure the lamp is centered in the lamp socket, then rotate the lamp to lock it in place.
4. Check that the AC adapter is not broken. It may break if it is subjected to a strong shock or deteriorates over time.
If the lamp still does not light up after checking the above points, it may be at the end of its life or may be broken. Please consider replacing it with a new one.
QIs the UV light from lamps bad for your eyes?
Looking directly at the lamp may damage your eyes, however, there will be no problems if used within normal limits and following the instructions for use.
QCan it be used outdoors?
This insect trap is for indoor use only. It is not waterproof, so please refrain from using it outdoors.
